Ed Direction, part of MGT of America Consulting, LLC (MGT), is a team of educators focused on student outcomes through building educator capacity and systems-level continuous improvement. We accomplish this through supporting implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM), use of evidence-based instructional strategies, and strategic planning and resourcing. What sets us apart is our ability to customize and offer individualized support while having company infrastructure and experience that allow us to impact at scale.

Workshops

MGT is committed to delivering high quality professional learning workshops that are directly aligned to partner needs and align to adult learning theory. Through engaging with partners to identify a priority need, we tailor our professional learning to specifically address the learning needs of educators, leaders, and stakeholders.

Coaching

MGT views collaborative coaching as a systemic way for schools to tailor professional learning and ensure that teachers know how to apply new practices. Through establishing equal partnership, fostering transparent engagement, and engaging in deliberate practice, our coaches work with teachers to reach professional learning goals.

PLCs

Our organization supports collaborative structures like PLCs and school leadership teams to identify priority needs, set goals, collect and analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve student outcomes. Throughout our partnership process, MGT provides direct support to school teams through professional learning sessions and collaborative coaching conversations.
