How we build district capacity
CRESC provides comprehensive support for high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) adoption through four integrated service areas:
Workshops: Customized professional learning sessions for teachers and administrators, developed using relevant data to build knowledge of systems and practices that align with identified needs.
Coaching: Personalized 1:1 support using a question-based approach to guide individuals through analysis of adoption alternatives.
Collaborative Services: Active participation in PLCs and collaborative groups to support exploration of HQIM selection methodologies.
Consultation: Expert guidance for administrators and teachers in establishing goals, timelines, and addressing specific needs related to HQIM adoption processes.
