What are these scopes?
How we address equity
NTC’s approach builds positive and productive school climates that spark connection and deep engagement for every learning in the building — students, teachers, and school leaders. Our coaching and mentoring shape a strong workplace, delivering personalized and evidence-driven support for maximum teacher effectiveness. We enable well-supported educators to drive strong instruction, creating dynamic spaces with high expectations to meet every student’s needs.
Why is this important?
How we build district capacity
NTC builds LEA capacity for lasting HQIM implementation through coaching, professional learning, and district leader support. We focus on the working conditions that support exceptional teaching, often starting with instructional audits and comprehensive data reviews to better understand the structures leading to or detracting from academic success. Our partnerships blend research-based instructional strategies with targeted coaching cycles, integrating observation and job-embedded support to ensure effective curriculum implementation. At the center of our approach is building school-wide knowledge of content and curriculum design — including school leader instructional coaching training and professional learning — to create ongoing, team-based structures and support to sustain each LEA’s instructional vision and ongoing implementation.
