The Professional Learning Partner Guide identifies professional learning organizations that meet Rivet’s quality criteria for delivering curriculum-based professional learning that supports strong implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). Certification signals the provider has passed three rigorous review gateways: Content + HQIM Expertise, Quality of Professional Learning Design, and Using Data to Plan and Improve. Certified providers are uniquely positioned to support effective use of HQIM by teachers and/or leaders.
[Organization Name] is a certified provider in Rivet Education’s Professional Learning Partner Guide, having met rigorous quality criteria for delivering curriculum-based professional learning that supports strong implementation of high-quality instructional materials.
Certified Provider, Rivet Education Professional Learning Partner Guide
- The Professional Learning Partner Guide (PLPG) is a vetted list of organizations that provide the best curriculum-based professional learning services in the country.
- Inclusion in the PLPG indicates that the provider has passed a three-step evaluation process. Expert reviewers evaluate the materials against the PLPG’s Application Rubric to assess if the organization provides significant evidence of robust, HQIM-aligned professional learning services.
- All PLPG organizations have passed three gateways:
- Gateway 1: Content and HQIM expertise Providers are evaluated on the extent to which they have expertise in HQIM (for Initial Implementation, Ongoing Implementation Support for Teachers, and/or Ongoing Implementation Support for Leaders) or content area (Adoption services only).
- Gateway 2: Quality of professional learning design Providers are evaluated on the quality of their services by type—Adoption, Initial Implementation, Ongoing Implementation Support for Teachers, Ongoing Implementation Support for Leaders.
- Gateway 3: Using data to plan and improve Providers are evaluated on how they collect and use data to plan for, evaluate, and improve their services.
- The PLPG saves busy educators time by allowing them to quickly find and connect with the country’s best professional learning providers who can support a variety of their curriculum implementation needs.
- From adoption services to ongoing support for teachers and leaders, the Professional Learning Partner Guide serves as a one-stop shop for school and school system leaders who seek high-quality, curriculum-based professional learning services.
- The PLPG currently features nearly 70 professional learning partners servicing over 80% of all high-quality instructional materials across the country.
