How we address equity
ANet's professional learning services enact structures and facilitator practices that support equitable engagement and learning experiences of participants. Additionally, sessions are customized based on partner context to ensure all participants are able to access new and relevant knowledge, practices, and skills.
Through ANet’s professional learning services, participants establish a vision of equitable instruction through deep analysis of beliefs and biases and develop the learning and ongoing structures necessary to support effective and equitable implementation of new practices long after services come to an end.

How we build district capacity
ANet provides flexible, comprehensive, and coherent services to support the adoption, launch, and ongoing implementation of instructional materials, working alongside system and school leaders to develop and implement decisions and practices that will lead to sustainable progress toward goals and equitable outcomes for students. ANet collaborates with LEAs to effectively engage stakeholders, build a strong vision of HQIM implementation, and access the tools, resources, and learning necessary to meet their goals. ANet’s services are customized to meet the unique needs of each partner and build on research-based best practices for effective implementation.
