A Plus Educational Consulting partners with districts and schools to adopt, launch, and sustain HQIM through practical, job-embedded professional learning. Our work is grounded in the Science of Reading and Science of Learning and emphasizes equity, a clear vision for instruction, and “implementation with integrity.” We build educator capacity through modeling, internalization routines, rehearsal, and leadership systems that support lasting classroom transfer.

How we address equity
Equity is an attribute of A Plus Educational Consulting’s professional learning because we design support that is responsive to each school system’s context and ensures all educators have access to clear, HQIM aligned routines, tools, and coaching, especially for multilingual learners, students with disabilities, and students with unfinished learning. Equity is an outcome because we strengthen consistent, evidence-based instruction and leadership systems that increase access to grade level learning, reduce instructional variability across classrooms, and improve opportunities to learn for all students.

How we build district capacity
A Plus Educational Consulting builds LEA capacity for HQIM implementation by creating a coherent system from classrooms to leadership. We support leaders and coaches with clear look-fors, walkthrough and feedback routines, PLC internalization protocols, and data-to-action cycles that monitor implementation and student evidence. For teachers, we provide job-embedded learning through the Instructional Studio (classroom modeling), rehearsal, collaborative planning, and coaching so HQIM use becomes consistent and sustainable. We also align schedules, roles, communication, and onboarding to sustain implementation over time.
