What is a high quality curriculum?
This partner's approach and services
How we address equity
Equity is a core attribute of our services through our personalized, competency-based coaching model. We meet every educator exactly where they are, providing job-embedded support tailored to their unique context and needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
This leads to equity as an outcome. When educators are empowered with individualized support, they are better equipped to create inclusive classrooms that address the diverse needs of every student. This intentional focus on building educator capacity directly helps our partners close opportunity gaps, ensuring all learners can thrive and achieve success.
Why is this important?
How we build district capacity
We build capacity for HQIM implementation with a multi-layered coaching system that supports the entire LEA.
We start with district and campus leaders, aligning vision and equipping them to support their teams. For teachers, we provide personalized, job-embedded coaching to master the new materials and instructional strategies in their own classrooms.
Finally, we ensure the work is sustainable by training and certifying the LEA’s internal coaches. This builds lasting, independent capacity to support high-quality instruction, ensuring the investment thrives long-term.
