EPIC builds district capacity through a cohesive, sustained approach grounded in implementation science. From crafting an implementation vision to executive coaching for district leaders, we partner with schools at every stage of the journey. Our highly credentialed team provides curriculum-based coaching, collaborative planning, and continued professional learning that addresses the real, immediate challenges educators face every day. By supporting everyone in the building and developing coherent systems, we help districts move from isolated implementation to a unified instructional culture where high-quality materials come to life.
