We design programs that ensure all educators, regardless of background, access the tools and strategies essential for success. We embed equity by using data-driven approaches to tailor support, close opportunity gaps, and foster inclusive learning environments. Our focus on rigorous teacher development and leadership coaching ensures that equity-driven practices are not only implemented but sustained long-term. The outcome is improved student performance across diverse populations and empowered educators who are equipped to maintain equitable practices beyond our partnership.

How we build district capacity
Lavinia Group builds capacity for HQIM implementation by providing tailored, job-embedded professional development that meets the unique needs of each LEA. Our instructional coaching model includes data-driven intellectual preparation, model lessons, and real-time coaching, ensuring educators are equipped to deliver high-quality, equitable instruction. We collaborate closely with schools to create feedback loops and refine practices continuously, empowering educators to take ownership of HQIM. This hands-on, responsive approach drives sustainable improvements in student outcomes and fosters a culture of ongoing professional growth, ensuring long-lasting success across the LEA.
