WHO WE ARE
We help districts turn literacy vision into consistent classroom practice through sustained implementation support. Our theory of action centers on weekly PLCs led by reading specialists, where teachers analyze student work, rehearse instructional routines, and plan with HQIM. Implementation is supported through aligned asynchronous resources and bite-sized action steps. As a small, nimble organization, we adapt quickly to district needs and stay closely connected to classrooms, ensuring that HQIM are used with consistency and fidelity.

What is a high quality curriculum?
This partner's approach and services
How we address equity
Our professional learning prioritizes consistent, high-quality Tier 1 instruction for all students, rather than relying on access to interventions or individual teacher expertise. Our services center on shared instructional routines and collective responsibility through weekly PLCs, ensuring that effective literacy practices are not dependent on classroom assignment or school site. Equity is the outcome when districts reduce variability in instruction, strengthen core literacy teaching, and ensure that every student has access to grade-level, evidence-based literacy instruction.
Why is this important?
How we build district capacity
We build LEA-wide capacity for HQIM implementation by supporting leaders and educators to move from adoption to consistent use. Our work focuses on developing internal expertise through weekly PLCs, leadership coaching, and implementation routines that can be sustained beyond our partnership. Reading specialists model instructional decision-making, support the analysis of student work, and help teams plan with their high-quality instructional materials. Synchronous learning and on-demand resources reinforce this work, enabling districts to scale expectations, reduce fragmentation, and maintain consistent HQIM implementation across schools.
