The Teacher Leader in Residence will meet your teachers where they are in their implementation journey of Open Up Resources 6–8 Math with continuous, customized support.

How we address equity

OUR has a keen focus on promoting equity through inclusive instructional materials designed to meet a diverse body of student learners. In addition, teachers’ professional learning experiences address teacher mindset and beliefs around student abilities to promote equity in the classroom.

How we build district capacity

OUR professional learning works to empower teachers to be decision-makers and advocates in their classrooms. All sessions and workshops work to build teachers and leaders’ capacity and confidence in curriculum implementation that extends beyond our work.
