How we address equity
Equity is both an attribute and outcome of our professional learning because we ensure every educator can implement high-quality foundational skills instruction with fidelity, and every student can access grade-level literacy. Our structured training, coaching cycles, and data reviews reduce variability across classrooms. Using diagnostics, skill-specific data, and explicit routines, we help educators address unfinished learning while maintaining high expectations, resulting in more consistent instruction and accelerated reading growth for diverse learners.
Why is this important?
How we build district capacity
We build LEA capacity through a structured implementation framework that aligns leadership, coaching, and classroom practice. Our partnership begins with collaborative planning and continues through live training, coaching cycles, fidelity tools, and triannual data reviews. We equip district leaders and coaches to use diagnostics, dashboards, and observation tools to monitor implementation and guide instructional decisions. By embedding systems for data use and continuous improvement, we help LEAs sustain high-quality HQIM implementation beyond initial training.
