How we address equity
Equity is both an attribute and outcome of our foundational skills professional development by ensuring all educators receive research-based, culturally responsive training tailored to diverse student needs. We prioritize equitable access to high-quality instructional strategies, empowering teachers to support varied learning profiles. As an outcome, our professional learning fosters inclusive classrooms where all students—regardless of background—develop strong foundational literacy skills. Through data-driven coaching, differentiated support, and collaboration with districts like Miami-Date County Public Schools, we help educators close achievement gaps, ensuring every student has the opportunity to become a proficient reader.

How we build district capacity
Sadlier supports LEAs in building capacity for High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) implementation through comprehensive professional learning, coaching, and ongoing support. We provide research-based training tailored to district needs, equipping educators with effective instructional strategies. Our workshops, modeling, and job-embedded coaching ensure teachers can implement HQIM with fidelity. We collaborate with leadership teams to align HQIM with district goals, offer data-driven insights for continuous improvement, and provide sustained professional development. By fostering educator expertise and instructional consistency, we help districts create equitable learning environments that drive student success in foundational literacy and beyond.
