ANNIE MORRISON

Co-Founder and Principal Consultant
Annie is a co-founder and principal consultant at Rivet Education and oversees the company’s research, marketing, and development. She enjoys both seeking out new ways to support educators in implementing high-quality instructional materials and helping states embrace their role as education change agents. Prior to starting Rivet, she served as the Director of Communications for the Louisiana Department of Education, where she led the state’s strategic communications campaigns.

LITSY WITKOWSKI

Co-Founder and Principal Consultant
Litsy Witkowski is a co-founder and principal consultant at Rivet Education. She leverages her expertise in implementing high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) and curriculum-based professional learning (CBPL) to help clients scale this work in their states. Before founding Rivet, Litsy developed and led nationally recognized, state-wide strategies at the Louisiana Department of Education and the Texas Education Agency focused on ensuring educators across those states have access to HQIM and CBPL.

KERI BROWN

Special Project Coordinator
Keri Brown serves as the Special Project Coordinator and provides project management, administrative, and operations support to Rivet’s external relations teams: business development, communications, PLPG, and product. Keri has a B.A. in Business Management.

ROBIN MCLELLAN

Director of Partnerships
Robin McClellan is Director of Partnerships at Rivet. She serves as the lead consultant, partnering with states and districts in their implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). Before joining Rivet, Robin led the implementation of HQIM at both the district and state levels. Her experience with scaling implementation and leveraging curriculum-based professional learning to strengthen implementation equips her to ensure local and state education agencies experience success.

TIEAGRA MCNEIL

Project Manager
Tieagra McNeil serves as Rivet’s Project Manager and provides administrative, project management, and operational support across the organization. Her previous work in Talent Acquisition developed her skills in conducting market research, engaging in global partnerships, and managing multiple project pipelines. Tieagra has a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from Cairn University.

JOSLYN RICHARDSON

Professional Learning Partner Guide Manager
Joslyn Richardson serves as Rivet’s Professional Learning Partner Guide (PLPG) Manager. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the PLPG and its related products and workstreams. Joslyn has over 15 years of unique experience as an educator, curriculum writer, project manager, facilitator, math specialist, and adjunct professor in St. Louis and international schools in Egypt and South Korea.

CLAIRE RIVERO

Director of Communications
Claire leads communications and marketing work for Rivet—reveling in everything from sharing educators’ stories to analyzing A/B tests. She loves the perpetual puzzle that is communications work, constantly striving to find more compelling ways to illustrate the power of HQIM, curriculum-based professional learning, and Rivet’s work. Prior to joining Rivet, Claire led communications strategy for Student Achievement Partners and College Board’s Pre-AP and SpringBoard programs.

JENNIFER RABB WELLS

Director of Product
Jennifer serves as Rivet Education’s Director of Product. She applies her expertise in implementing high-quality instructional materials to leading the strategy, development, and ongoing management of Rivet’s suite of tools and resources. Before joining Rivet, Jennifer was the Vice President of Customer Experience at LearnZillion, overseeing the expansion of their professional learning and customer success programs to support the Guidebooks, Illustrative Mathematics, and EL Education curricula.
