Tieagra McNeil, Project and Operations Coordinator
Tieagra McNeil serves as Rivet’s Project and Operations Coordinator and provides administrative, project management, and operations support across the organization. She has a background in marketing, project management, and business operations. Before joining Rivet, she worked in Talent Acquisition, conducting market research to identify key competitors, mapping senior-level searches in partnership with a global team, and managing project pipelines.
She also served as President of her university’s Enactus team, an international organization fostering student-led entrepreneurial projects to support communities on campus, locally, and globally. She lead a team with nearly 40 students and nine project managers to successfully plan and execute five projects each academic year. Tieagra is committed to making a meaningful impact in her community and helping youth realize their full potential.
Tieagra has a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from Cairn University.
