For more than 29 years, the Kirkland Group has consistently had a positive impact on students, teachers, and administrators. Our mission is to provide clients with tailor-made support that results in improved performance for students and staff. We listen, assess, and design an action plan based solely on needs and then provide highly skilled coaches who apply data-driven strategies and the effective use of high-quality instructional materials to ensure improvement on all levels.

As a leading service provider for K-12, The Kirkland Group is dedicated to advancing academic performance for at-risk and struggling students and supporting teachers and administrators through services such as data coaching, teacher coaching, curriculum implementation, and professional development. Our professional learning services provide teachers and students with the individualized support they need as they utilize HQIM. As a result, we frequently experience substantial growth and achievement among our partnering schools. A proven agent of change in the public school sector, The Kirkland Group is bridging the gap between teaching and learning in school districts throughout the United States.

How we build district capacity
The Kirkland Group successfully builds capacity to support HQIM implementation among teachers and administrators. Our instructional coaches receive training on methods to tailor their approach to meet the needs of teachers with various levels of experience to build trusting professional relationships. Individualized professional learning support is provided throughout the school year to support teachers’ use of the curriculum. Instructional coaches provide modeling, co-teaching options, and opportunities for reflection and feedback. Our individualized services are targeted and provide extensive guidance and assistance for teachers who can benefit from sustained support.
